Backgammon Ace – Multiplayer Board Game & Dice App Reviews

I enjoy playing this app more than others.

Super fun. Just take a deep breath when it bugs out or catches you with a suspicious dice pattern.

The idea of random dice roles is foreign to this game. Then when the game freezes or you get disconnected and have to restart they deduct the maximum amount of chips they can. After this happened 5 times in 2 days I contacted support and was basically told I was S.O.L! The error rate thing is totally meaningless. I recommend you find another game.

Its truly a great app. The app tells you how good your moves are: excellent, good or blunder not to mention moves in between. Now nobody plays a perfect game but its always nice when you get a low error rate time to time. Review games to see where you made mistakes ( if any ) and how you couldve played differently. Every day or is you get free chips to play with so no need to purchase chips. But even so the chips arent that pricey and worth it if you cant wait a day.

Im enjoying live games... Might not like it so well when my initial "money" runs out.

I iked the interface and the way the game is played. However I can not understand why I can not play with my Facebook identity on different devices. I have to log in with a different name on different devices because one registration is allowed per device. So my wins and rates are not calculated altogether. This is a huge drawback in my opinion.

I played hundreds of games. The number of long shot die rolls, including combos (Im okay, unless he gets a 5-5, then a 6-4, then a 6-4), occur much more frequently than statically reasonable. I did the math and its more than 2 standard deviations from normal. It a Japanese game design and it seems to happen mostly against Japanese opponents (I didnt track opponents). I believe its fixed to favor Japanese players.

Why cant you just create a fair game? Im a very good player in real life but every time I win a few games it seems like I lose for 4-5 days straight. Not sure if its to sell chips or what. Its definitely rigged when your opponent gets like 5 doubles each game. Fix it to be fair or you guys will win worst app award of the year!

This is the worst piece of junk in the entire App Store. The random dice program is a total piece of crap. Tell the Japanese to stick to sake and sushi, and leave the programming to everybody else

Are you seriously going to tell me rolling double 1s 12 times in a row was completely random!? This game is not random, advertising has gotten worse and you cant choose to have sound without music

DO NOT GET THIS GAME! It is in no way random and will take your money. Especially if youre from the USA. Doubles are rolled 5 times in a row!! Continuously!!! Your opponent will ALWAYS roll doubles at the end guaranteed!! Its a total sham!!!! BE AWARE! THIS APP CHEATS!!!

Just wrote a huge reason why to not get this game and of course my name is taken. Do not get this game tho. You lose all your credits for only ONE GAME and instantly they want to charge for anything more! Super glitchy. Must be constantly restarted!!!! Stupid.

Improvements I would like to see: In replay mode, all we currently see is a bar showing win percent. Can you add functionality to show equities as well?
